Pan Gu Shengong Instructor --- Andrew Ali Hamm

Andrew Ali Hamm is certified to teach the moving form of Pan Gu Shengong in January 2012. He is an acupuncturist.

"I would like to be able to bring the benefits of Pan Gu Shen Gong to others, especially
my acupuncture patients. This is such a simple, straightforward form making it
accessible to almost anyone; and yet has a wide reaching impact at all levels of a
person’s being. I have found in my own life that when I am consistently doing Pan Gu Shen Gong
Moving form, I feel like I am more grounded within myself, centered and that my
energy does not run out as readily as when I am not doing the form, helping me in my
practice as an acupuncturist as well as in my regular life. The images used in the form
are peaceful to me and I feel a strong link with the fundamental aspects of nature they
represent when I am doing the form."
