Pangu Shengong Qigong has Enriched my Life and Strengthened my Health

I am Jessica Lin and I am forty years old. I was very lucky to have an opportunity to start learning Pangu Shengong since I was in high school in China. I haven’t needed to see any doctors and haven’t had to take any medication for over 15 years since I committed to practicing the forms of Pangu Shengong every day. I always have abundant good energy and vitality and I am able to maintain a happy mindset throughout my daily busy routine. Under Pangu culture’s guidance and influence, I gradually realized the value and meaning of life, which has helped me to understand and learn how to master my life’s direction.
A Glimpse of how Powerful Pangu Shengong is by Helping Others with Illnesses
I still remember in the summer of 1990, Master Ou’s daughter Olivia Ou taught me Pangu Shengong. After that I travelled with Master Ou, Mandy and Olivia to Huangshan, Hangzhou, and Mount Jiuhua in China. During the tour, I saw Master Ou and Mandy give healings to strangers who had health problems and they recovered very quickly. I realized that Qi healing was so mystical and powerful. I began to wonder why some simple motions could heal people’s diseases.
After learning Pangu Shengong, I was very excited to share my experiences and the qigong technique with my friends and family. I practiced the Moving Form of Pangu Shengong occasionally at home and in my dormitory, but not every day. When I saw my classmates, friends or family members feeling sick, I gave them a healing just like how Master Ou and Mandy gave healings, and the results were very good.
In September I returned back to school. I won a golden medal in the 9th grade 100-meter race, and then I was selected to be one of the representatives of my school to attend the county’s track and field competition. On the first day, I didn’t have a race so I watched others compete in the track and field tournament. One female teammate had a headache after her contest, and she wanted to vomit as well. We let her rest for a while. Her head was still so painful that she couldn’t help crying. We worried about her a great deal as she had another race on the 2nd day. I told her that I might be able to help her get rid of the pain and asked her whether she would like to try my method. I asked her to close her eyes and relax, and then I tried to recall the process that Master Ou used to give Qi healings to patients and I did those same motions. I also recited the password from the beginning to the end and tried my best to concentrate. After the treatment she smiled. She gladly told me that her headache was gone completely, and she said that it was absolutely unbelievable that her headache disappeared without taking any medicine. Another teammate had a stomachache and asked me to help him as well. His stomachache was relieved after my healing. Other teammates were very interested in what I did and so were the other schools’ representatives. There was one athlete that hurt his back because he over exerted himself. His coach asked me whether I could also give a healing to him and I agreed to do so. I gave him a treatment and he felt much better afterwards. His coach said that our coach was so smart because he brought someone who could give healings to our team members in order to maximize their performance. Actually that wasn’t the truth but I thanked him for the compliment. I came to realize how powerful Pangu Shengong was and I was very impressed that I could help others with its great power.
After giving the healings I felt extremely tired and rested on my bed. I wondered why the tiredness was throughout my whole body. I didn’t know how to get rid of the tiredness as it seemed to stay longer than usual. Years later when I studied the healing principles of Pangu Shengong, I finally understood that I should practice Pangu Shengong after giving a healing in order to replenish my energy. As I seldom practiced Pangu Shengong at that time, my energy was not sufficient and therefore I felt so tired. I further realized that the Moving Form is the foundation and that I should practice it daily in order to improve my health and healing skills. On the other hand, I also realized the energy from giving a healing using the Pangu Shengong healing technique was not from me but from the universe.
On time my grandmother injured her leg. I gave her a healing and she said her pain eased a bit. During the entire recovery process, I could feel her pain in the corresponding parts of my body even before seeing her and when giving her a healing. When I asked her how she felt, she told me similar feelings as I felt. After that experience I could feel some uncomfortable feelings before meeting some people and was able to know their health condition. Later I knew I had developed my sensitivity.
This body-sensing ability and the healing results I was able to achieve at that time usually require many years’ diligent practice for practitioners of other qigong styles. Yet, I was able to achieve such a level as soon as I learned Pangu Shengong. It was a pity that I didn’t pay much attention to study Pangu Shengong theory and didn’t practice this qigong technique very much. I didn’t know it was a precious gift and didn’t even know how to treasure it. As a result, I gradually lost that ability and my sensitivity diminished.
Even though I practiced Pangu Shengong infrequently, I could feel positive changes in my body when I would do it. For instance, in the past I could easily have a headache after studying or doing homework for two hours continuously; I always got nervous and couldn’t sleep well before exams; I would have a sore throat or fever the next day after staying up to midnight studying… All these conditions improved after practicing Pangu Shengong. I regret that I still didn’t treasure this practice at that time even after getting such positive initial results.
Continuously Practicing Pangu Shengong Cured my Chronic Illnesses
In 1994, I immigrated to Vancouver, Canada with my parents. I had to upgrade my English skills before I could attend university. My family always had issues and we were all totally out of balance. I was angry and frustrated all the time. Because I was discouraged and depressed, my digestion got worse and I lost over 20lbs. In addition, pimples spread all over my face, bigger and worse than before, looking very horrible. I disliked the climate because it was rainy and cold during the entire winter and the winter was long. I was not used to the indoor heating systems and all the different kinds of pollen outside. I had one cold after another, almost having a cold every month. I wasn’t able to get rid of it easily even with taking medicine.
The worse thing was that later on I developed allergies and hay fever along with the colds, which I had never had before. Sometimes I couldn’t even tell if what I had was a cold, an allergy or hay fever. I suffered a great deal. All flowers became my enemy. I reacted to fragrances, dust, small particles, etc. My eyes, nose, forehead, and throat felt itchy and painful. I sneezed all the time, and sometimes I had a headache. I had to stay inside the house and tried to minimize the amount of exposure I would have with plants, animals and even fresh air. At night I was even more miserable. I couldn’t sleep well as I felt that I couldn’t breathe well when lying down on my bed. It took me hours to get to sleep. But when I woke up, I found my mouth was open which meant I had to breathe through my mouth all night. This situation persisted even though I took medicine for my allergies. Then I tried to increase the dosage and tried other brands of allergy pills. I would feel relief within my nose; however, the medicine affected my digestion and resulted in constipation. I was truly frustrated and I felt conflicted inside: should I take the medicines or not?
One night, I was totally unable to take a breath with my nose, like a dying person on my bed, I decided to stand up and try practicing Pangu Shengong once again. As soon as I recited the password, I couldn’t stop sneezing. I sneezed very frequently during the whole practice, and I used around 40 tissues. To my surprised, I felt so much better and I could use my nose to breathe. I practiced a second time. Again I kept on sneezing, and the more I sneezed the better I felt. I used over 30 tissues. After practicing Pangu Shengong twice, I could breathe when I laid down and I fell into sleep in no time. Pangu Shengong saved me! It worked so much faster and better than all of those allergy pills without any side effects! When I needed help Pangu Shengong, he was right there for me. I regretted that I didn’t practice Pangu Shengong regularly since I had learned it. If I had done so, I wouldn’t have suffered from my illnesses. I also realized that even though I knew this method was effective, I was lazy.
From then on I kept on practicing Pangu Shengong every day. I continued sneezing during the practice but it reduced as I practiced more. I felt very good every time so I practiced more often. I tried to practice a few times a day until I felt pleasant and my breathing was easy. After doing the moving form practice four to six times a day for about one and half months, without taking any medicine at all, I found that my allergies were gone. I almost couldn’t believe it. I tested my nose’s reaction under several different conditions. I smelled many different fragrances, I cut the grass, I enjoyed flowers, I vacuumed, and I went to parks and shopping malls for hours…I didn’t sneeze and didn’t feel itchy at all. My allergies were truly healed!
Since then, whenever I didn’t feel well or got sick, I practiced Pangu Shengong more often. I read Master Ou’s book Flowers of Beauty and Kindness, and I learned that I could get rid of all kinds of diseases with practicing Pangu Shengong, so I tried not to take any medicine when I caught a cold or when I felt sick and just practiced Pangu Shengong instead. In the beginning, I still needed to suffer a period of time to recover from a cold. Later I continued practicing Pangu Shengong more, the speed of healing from a cold was a lot faster. Eventually, I shorten the recovery time from two weeks to one or two days, and later the recovery time was cut even shorter. Eventually, I just needed a few practices to heal myself. I became more confident with Pangu Shengong and after a while I could recover from illnesses in a shorter time than before. I also found my energy was stronger as well.
The improvement of my life force and immunity helped me adjust to other country’s environments, temperatures and time zones when I travel. I don’t even have jet-lag anymore. I sincerely thank Master Ou for helping me to live a healthier and happier life. Also, my indigestion completely disappeared and my appetite recovered as well as my weight. I had less negative emotions and lost my temper less frequently. My pimples gradually reduced, and my skin had less blemishes and became much smoother, clearer, and radiant. Friends and classmates from the past saw me and told me that I looked more beautiful than before.
Practicing Pangu Shengong Helps me Improve my Emotions and Work Efficiently
In 2004, after completing university, I started my teaching career in a public high school in California. As English wasn’t my first language and I didn’t attend high school in a western country, I found the first year of teaching was extremely challenging and stressful for me. I was overworked, nervous and worried all the time. Fortunately, I always had the full support from Pangu Shengong. Every day after work, I practiced Pangu Shengong, and I felt that all my tiredness, stress, and negative feelings would disappear completely, and I was ready for the next day physically and mentally with lots of good energy and a pleasant mindset. Many students told me that I had great energy.
I could never forget how bad I felt after the first week of teaching. I realized teaching was too difficult for me and I was so extremely tired and frustrated that I wanted to quit teaching. When I practiced the moving form, I couldn’t help crying. But once the form was done, all my bad feelings were gone. I could no longer cry! I felt that I was pleasant and full of positive energy again. I realized how effective Pangu Shengong was. I later found out that over 40% of new teachers end up quitting the profession within the first few years because it is so stressful. Without Pangu Shengong I would never have been able to do it.
As a result of Pangu Shengong and Master Ou’s teaching, I would keep the Pangu Shengong password in my mind as I worked with students, parents, and colleagues with a friendly smile and attitude, which reduced the language and cultural barriers between us. Throughout this experience, I found that when I sincerely cared for my students, they would happily accept me and our relationship got better. Master Ou had taught me to use the password to handle difficult relationships in a kind manner which helped me greatly. Even though I haven’t been able to do so completely, my results have been wonderful.
I also found that the days when I practiced Pangu Shengong more, students were relatively calmer and had less dramas, and I was able to successfully deliver my lessons. On the contrary, the days when I didn’t practice enough, students were easily distracted, talkative and even created trouble. When I encountered these conditions, they inspired me to practice Pangu Shengong more diligently. Even though I was in a hurry, I would practice once before going to work in the morning so that I would be able to teach good quality lessons. Later I paid closer attention and realized that when I practiced more, I could handle things with a calmer mindset and have better emotional control. Thereafter, when I delivered a lesson, I used a calmer tone and attitude and explained better, which enabled the students to calm down to listen and understand quicker. All these experiences allowed me to understand that Pangu Shengong not only heals my body but also adjusts my emotions so that I can work more effectively.
Teaching more than a hundred students every day consumes a lot of energy especially since English is my second language. Ever since I have been a teacher I indeed felt that without the help from Pangu Shengong I wouldn’t be able to continue my teaching career. I am lucky to have Master Ou as my role model because I have learned to guide students more patiently.
Since 2006 I started to listen to and sing along with Master Ou’s songs. I liked their rich and meaningful lyrics, elegant and pleasant melodies, as well as Master Ou’s deep and resonant voice. The more I listened to his songs, the more I liked them. I felt that I could easily enter a more peaceful and happy state that I couldn’t achieve ordinarily. I could also feel that his songs gave me lots of energy, filled me with love and caring. After I learned a song, I realized that I had acquired something I couldn’t learn in any other way before and the songs gradually helped opened my heart and deepened my sentiments towards everything. I grew spiritually. Master Ou’s healing music not only makes me feel more peaceful and pleasant but also helps me restore my energy in a very short period of time. After the stress of teaching all day, I can refresh myself and recover my energy during the twenty minute drive home by listening to Master Ou’s songs and chants.
Looking back upon my life I realize now that when I was young I was ignorant and lazy. I am very sad that I wasted so many years. If I had practiced diligently from the beginning of learning Pangu Shengong, I would have had a richer life with better health, more knowledge, higher cultivation, more wisdom and ability. Whenever I think about that, I feel it was such a pity that I wasted so much time during my youth. As I grew up and had more life experiences, I began to understand more about Master Ou’s important work. He guides each individual according to the actual condition of their heart and soul as well as their ability to accept new knowledge. Therefore I really want to share my experiences with those who have the opportunity to get to know Pangu Shengong — don’t hesitate after you learn this qigong technique. It is such a pity that I missed out on so many opportunities! If I had continued practicing Pangu Shengong when I was a teenager, my immunity would have been strong and I wouldn’t have had to suffer from so many allergies and other illnesses.
Now I understand why Master Ou says “Cultivation is the most important key to life”. If I knew about the importance of cultivation when I was young and diligently practiced Pangu Shengong every day, the results would be greatly different compared to now.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to Master Ou and his family. I know that I can never fully repay them for their tremendous kindness and thoughtful guidance. I can only try my best to cultivate my heart and soul and become a person who has true love and propagate this true love to the world. I will take to heart Master Ou’s teachings and cultivate myself accordingly — “Be calm, tolerant, humble, diligent, and persistent.”
