Four-month Pangu Shengong Practice Made me Pain-free — by Steve Langilotti
After a MVA which occurred July ’22, I was diagnosed with spinal compressions at C1, C2, and C3. A bulge at C5 and another around T2. Insurance being what it is, I was still waiting for further diagnosis lower on my spine. Western medicine has a treat the symptoms not the cause mentality so, 2 years and three cervical epidurals later I was in a bad place. My entire back would seize up and compress, nerve clusters would fire off causing crippling sensations of pain composed of burning, pressure, tearing, stabbing, throbbing tingling, aching, and any other unpleasant sensation you could imagine. At times it felt as if there was a ratchet strap compressing my torso at the sternum. It felt like my ribs were breaking, my abdominal muscles would seize up, I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t speak, I couldn’t move. I would lay on my back with my knees against my chin and my arms wrapped around the back of my legs wailing in agony. The results after my first acupuncture treatment were nothing short of miraculous.
Anisha Desai then introduced me to Pangu Shengong. Being a logic-minded individual I was skeptical about energy healing. I don’t typically believe in anything I cannot see or touch but unable to deny my own lack of pain I thought I would give it a shot. I begin daily practice and before long began to notice things. The feeling of moving air between my hands when there was no breeze in the room, an ice cold sensation in the palms of my hands while practicing the moving form, or flashes of bright color when I have my eyes closed and a sleeping mask on to ensure no light could slip in. I began to pay attention and noticed I felt a stronger physical sensation during the Facebook groups when there were more participants. I have been practicing the moving form for 4 months and the non-moving form for one month. It has been 2 years and 3 months since my accident and today I am for the first time completely pain-free. I know it may return, but not like it was.
