- People who want to maintain their good health. PGSG can strengthen their immune system and life force so that they can have more power to resist viruses and bacteria and decrease the possibility of developing diseases.

How many forms does PGSG have?
PGSG, which is a complete set of Qigong exercises, consists of a Moving Form, a Non-moving Form (meditation) and an Advanced condensed Form. The Moving Form is the basis, which only takes 20 minutes to finish. The Non-moving Form is a meditation, focusing on the regulation of the nervous system and the spirit. An outstanding feature of the Non-moving Form is that practitioners can practice it anywhere anytime. In other words, practitioners can absorb the energy to regulate themselves whenever they need. Before you can learn the Non-moving form you need to have taken the Moving Form course first. The Advanced condensed Form is a condensed form which takes less time to practice but produces a more powerful effect. Only practitioners that have reached a certain level are qualified to learn the advanced form.
How much does it cost?
- The fee for the Moving Form is $120.
- If you want to learn by correspondence, please inquire about the shipping costs.
- The fee for the Non-moving Form is $120.
How long will it take me to learn PGSG?
PGSG is a simple and effective Qigong. It takes only one hour to learn the form completely, and only 15-20 minutes to finish one exercise. Then you can get very good results by practicing it every day. However, the philosophy behind PGSG's simple movements is very profound. If you want to improve faster and reach a higher level, you should attend more Qigong lectures or read Master Ou’s books and articles.
How quickly will I see the results of the practice?
Most practitioners can feel the Qi (energy) as soon as they learn PGSG. The energy you absorb from the universe works on your body and improves your health. Most people feel relaxed and calm immediately when they practice for the first time. If you can keep on practicing everyday, you will see a big improvement one month later. Please

What are the Qi sensations?
When people are doing the Qigong exercise or receiving Qi from a Qigong Master they may detect some sensations such as swelling, tingling, cold, heat, pain, itching, or they may feel a stream of air flowing through their body. These sensations are called Qi sensations. The intensity of these sensations varies from person to person as the biological field of each person differs. However, the effect of do Qigong exercises is not measured by having Qi sensations, or lack thereof. Someone may detect Qi sensations prior to his or her recovery, while others may recover their health before they detect any Qi sensations. Regardless of this, the ideal situation occurs when you feel comfortable and healthy in your body.
What is Qi healing?
Qi healing is an energy treatment offered by a Qigong Master. The energy emitted by the Master works on the patients’ body, fighting any diseases and improving the immune system. Master Ou will set up different Qi healing treatments for different patients according to their condition.
What is long-distance Qi-healing? What is the principle behind it?
Long-distance Qi-healing occurs when a Qigong Master is able to send Qi to a patient who is a long distance away from him. The reason it works is that the Qi in Qigong shows its material characteristics in three ways (see details in the Theory of Pan Gu Shengong). One of the ways is that Qi launches outward in the mode of a “field”. Much like an electric field or a magnetic field, the Qi field is projected outward forming circles upon circles, as waves urge new waves. It is no problem for a Qigong Master with strong issuing ability to launch the Qi far distances – say hundreds or thousands of miles. At present, a certain number of patients who cannot visit Master Ou in person elect to receive Master Ou’s long-distance Qi-healings regularly.
Can PGSG and Qi-healing cause any side effects?
PGSG and Qi-healing will not cause any side effects since PGSG has been developed with the structure of human physiology and the characteristics of the relationship between man and nature in mind. (See details in Theory of Pan Gu Shengong) Therefore, PGSG can absorb only the energy and material elements that are beneficial to human bodies and bring good effects without any ill influence.
Is PGSG against any religions?
Pangu Shengong does not interfere or go against any beliefs or religions. PGSG advocates that people “Take kindness and benevolence as basis; take frankness and friendliness as basis.” This is what all people pursue from the bottom of their hearts.
Can I just follow the movements shown in the “Pangu Mystical Qigong” book?
The movements shown in the Pangu Mystical Qigong book represent only a portion of the overall moving form. You can absorb a certain amount of energy by practicing it. Nevertheless, if you want to learn the complete form and get the best results, you should learn from Master Ou or PGSG teachers. In addition, Qigong is not like other kinds of physical exercise. You cannot grasp the form in its totality just by learning the physical movement. Therefore, it is not enough to learn it from the book.
Can I teach others after I learn Pangu Shengong?
Only Master Ou and PGSG teachers who have the teaching permission from Master Ou can teach PGSG. The most important part of this Qigong exercise is not its physical movements but the information and energy the movements contain. When Master Ou teaches PGSG he also issues the essential information and energy to his students. Therefore, knowing only the motions is not equal to knowing the Qigong exercise. Without getting training and permission from Master Ou, you will be unable to carry and convey this essential information. As a result, the positive effect will be weakened. Moreover, without Master Ou’s approval, when you teach others to practice this form of Qigong, your own vitality will flow out unconsciously, and your own Qi power will be weakened.
What are the causes of diseases?
Apart from objective causes, there are two reasons for illnesses that have been discovered through the analysis of the physiological structure of the human body:
- The organs in the body may develop pathological changes, such as the lack of necessary material elements or excess of harmful material elements. These diseases are mostly parenchymal diseases, which may be referred to as matter attribution diseases.
- Then there are diseases caused by the decline or the obstruction of various physiological functions of the body that do not manifest themselves as parenchymal diseases. They may be labeled as spiritual attribution diseases.
Why can Pangu Shengong cure diseases?
The principles of curing illnesses through Pangu Shengong Qigong are twofold. The first principle is that by performing the exercises outlined herein according to the rules, the practitioner will directly absorb the material elements from the great nature that are beneficial to the human body, and will cure the illnesses caused by the lack of the material elements in the organs of the body. The second principle achieved by this exercise is that the physiological function of the human body will be enhanced by the absorbed energy, thus curing the illnesses caused by the obstruction of the physiological function in the organs of the body.
