REPORT ON PANGU CULTURE WEEKEND!
Hello All! I just returned from the Pangu Culture Weekend at the Pangu Ranch and wanted to tell you about my experience. From the moment of my arrival, I could feel the peace, calm, and vibrant energy of the Ranch and Master Ou’s warm and patient care for all beings around him. My favorite spot quickly became the front porch from which I could view the magnificent flowers, trees, and vineyard, all glowing with a true green and verdant life force. The energy of the Qi Gong seems to radiate through all the land, and most of the flowers have blossomed for over 18 months continuously! Read More
True Harmony – by Patty Pace, Raleigh, NC
I have been busy thinking about Harmony after our dear Master Ou came for a visit to Raleigh this summer. Did you ever stop to consider what true harmony might feel like? Consider for a moment your very favorite music in the world. How does it make you feel? That’s harmony! Melodies flow in and out, and intertwine to make a perfect piece of music that has a harmonious effect on you and on the world. The notes must all work together each doing their part, but not as strong individually as they are all together to create this beautiful song or symphony in the world. Read More
Pangu Shengong Makes it EASIER
“The happiest and most important thing a person can do is correct one’s own error.” This is a quote from the Path of Life Volume 1, Chapter 30. It’s also the jumping off point for one of the sessions from Path of Life Book Club kit. Personally, I find peace in taking responsibility for my actions and my emotions. When I make the choice to stop (or not to start) beating myself up for something I did or said, but instead choose to check in with my ego and step up with as much humility as I can access in the moment and correct the error, it actually feels GOOD - freeing. I feel stronger, not weaker, on the other side of the events. In fact, at our Path of Life book club recently. the sentiment was expressed that it is actually EASIER to correct one’s error and move on with a happy, calm and free heart. Definitely, it’s EASIER than digging in, being self-righteous, resentful, mired in shame or guilt, etc. Read More

The Shortcut to Achieving Greater Healing Results Utilizing the Same Pangu Shengong Qigong Forms
In recent years, at different venues Master Ou has shared with his students the vision of achieving the five desired characteristics: Calm & Peaceful, Open & Tolerant , Humble & Modest, Determined & Persistent (persevering through challenges), and Earnest & Diligent (being a hardworking individual). He has also discussed and shared the importance of overcoming the three most common undesired tendencies that prevent us from elevating our heart and soul: Laziness, Greed, and Strong Ego. During our most recent advance retreat, this past December, Master Ou stressed the importance of having a plan, as the first step to overcoming laziness. During the retreat he discussed the importance of acknowledging laziness, and understanding the importance of establishing a plan for whatever it is we are trying to achieve, in order to avoid the tendency of being lazy. As we start the New Year, if you are interested in making a plan to elevating your heart and soul, I encourage you to consider implementing the following structured plan.Read More
