The Best Birthday Gift, The Best Gift for the New Year —-a touching and meaningful birthday party
On the morning of January 25, 2017, right after the ceremony for the fifth anniversary celebration for Macau Pangu Kindness and Friendship Association, Master Ou was welcomed by warm and cheerful applause from 1000 Pangu Shengong students. The birthday celebration began. This was not just a simple birthday party for one person. It was a party for every participant and beyond. In truth, it was a celebration of good health and happiness! Master Ou has had a great wish since meeting Pangu 42 ago: that everyone in this world express kindness and benevolence, everyone in this world have good health and happiness! In order to fulfill this wish, he has been working ceaselessly to teach Pangu Shengong, to save lives, for decades. Hundreds of thousands of his students have used the methods he teaches to recover from illnesses, increase inner peace, happiness and vitality, and to lead rich and fulfilling lives. This makes Master Ou’s birthday a celebration, their celebration, for good health and happiness. It is seen by many as a great opportunity to show their gratitude by performing Master Ou’s songs and chants on his birthday.Read More
Cultivating One’s Soul and Maintaining Well-being —- A Workshop Given by Master Ou in Macau
On January 24, 2017, The Macau Pangu Kindness and Friendship Association sponsored Master Ou in a half day workshop to over 500 participants in the L'ARC Hotel, Macau. The theme of the workshop was how to cultivate one’s heart and soul in a deeper and more efficient way, enabling one to always stay healthy and happy. He began the class with a question for the audience: “What is the most significant and profound feature of the Universe?” “Infinity!” was the answer. He further elaborated: “What makes it infinite? Its endless broadness! We should consider this deeply, using it to help us further our understanding of the truth of the Universe, helping us to learn from the Universe. To emulate the broadness and selflessness of the Universe, to gradually expand our hearts, to learn to have more love and less hate, and apply these qualities to respect others and great nature is what the Universe teaches us. If you want to have a long, healthy and happy life, first you must understand yourself, then try your best to transform greed and narrow mindedness, getting closer to the broad sentiments of the Universe. In this way you will be able to absorb beneficial qi/energy from the sun, the moon and the universe in a much more efficient way.” Read More

The Path of Life — The Reality and The Mystery, a Book with Dual Natures: Both Substantial and Magical
I have read a wonderful and important book called, The Path of Life. Actually, I have been reading it repeatedly for more than 20 years. What keeps me this interested? Is it just that it was written by my father? I will leave the answer to you. First, allow me 5 minutes to tell you some unusual and interesting stories about the book. For many people, the title The Path of Life may seem mundane and nonspecific. Don't we all have a path of life?
