Pangu Shengong (Pan Gu Mystical Qigong) instructor who is certified to teach the Moving Form of Pangu Shengong

Liz is a flute teacher and energy practitioner. She started to study Pangu Shengong in January 2021 and became a Moving Form instructor in January 2023.Liz has been very motivated to share Pangu Shengong with the world, with the intention of making more individuals aware of the power of this qigong practice. With her great passion and hard work, she has video interviewed with several individuals who have been practicing Pangu Shengong daily and using Pangu Shengong Healing Skills to heal themselves and others. Liz’s experience with Pangu Shengong:

I have been quiet amazed at how such a simple form can result in feeling vibrations all through out my body.

I feel it has improved my immune system as I have barely had a cold or virus since practicing, plus my emotional resilience has improved. Whilst in the dead of covid lockdowns here in Melbourne Australia, Pangu Shengong was the thing that helped me be calm and less reactive to the whole situation. I am deeply interested in Mind Body practices, and I feel that Pangu Shengong is now my foundation for everything else that I do.

The reason Liz became a Pangu Shengong (PGSG) Moving instructor:

I wanted to be able to help people relieve their suffering, so I decided to take the Pangu Shengong moving form instructor training. Pangu Shengong helped me feel more resilient, grounded, and confident in my ability to heal myself and others. Whenever I had a client who was suffering, I wished I could teach them Pangu Shengong. However, since I hadn’t completed the teacher training at that time, I was unable to do so. Therefore, I felt that taking this training would enable me to help them even more.

I also desired to build a community of people practicing the form in Australia. I believed that obtaining the teacher training would provide me with a strong foundation to accomplish this goal.
