How to enhance your Moving Form practice to maximize your Qi cultivation?
In addition to this question, you may also have a list of related questions including:
• How many Moving Forms should I do every day?
• Can I recover from my illnesses? How long it will take?
• If I feel more painful during the healing process, how should I understand it and what should I do?
• When I do the form, should I try to direct the qi/energy to the sick areas? Or just focus on doing the practice?
• Is it better to do it by standing or sitting?
• How to do the Moving Form in order to achieve the best results?
Before I talk about the answers to those questions, I would like to share with you an amazing case first.
Shing Wah, a 65-year-old man from Hong Kong, was diagnosed with 4th stage prostate cancer in 2019. He then started doing Pangu Shengong Moving Form for several hours every day. Two months later, he recovered!
On August 8 in 2019, when he was diagnosed, cancer had spread to bones on chest, legs and pelvic area. The PSA index was very high, at 906. He received one hormone injection on that day and went home the next day. He was in severe pain all days and all nights.
He felt helpless and hopeless. His wife who was a Pangu Shengong student persuaded him to learn and practice Pangu Shengong. He did it. From day one, he determined to do 9 hours practice a day. Because of the cancer, he felt very painful all the time, and had no strength with his two legs. He had to take a 15-minitues break after every one hour of Pangu Shengong Moving Form practice. After 10 days’ practice, he felt more pain. However, he understood it was because he had been absorbing a huge amount of healing energy by doing 9 hours Moving Form every day, and the healing energy intensively working on the sickness, causing more pain. He knew those were good pain, and he felt grateful and continued doing 9 hours a day. Such extreme pains lasted for 8 days, and it became less and less day after day. With less pain, he was able to keep doing the Moving Form for hours without a break. He then increased the Moving Form practice from 9 hours to 15 hours a day!
Before he learned Pangu Shengong, every night he had to urinate two to three times. After one month’s Moving Form practice, he didn’t have to get up to pee at night anymore. He had red-eyes symptom for over a decade. It was much better after he practiced the Moving Form for a month. More importantly, his cancer index PSA dropped from 906 to 18, ALP dropped from 428 to 276! At that point, doctors suggested him chemo therapy, he refused, because he sincerely believed that doing Pangu Shengong practice alone will cure his cancer.
After he kept on doing the Moving Form for 2 months, on Oct. 10, 2019 he went back to do a check-up. X ray scan showed that the black shadows on the pelvic area were gone. So did the dark particles on his thighs. The cancer index PSA went down to 0.64, ALP was down to 238. Doctors asked him what medicine he took. He told them honestly, “I didn’t take any medicine!” His pains were gone as well! He gained his well-being back!
On April 9 in 2020, he went back to do another check-up. PSA is 0.08 and ALP is 97. Liver and kidneys were all back to normal. He felt very grateful that Pangu Shengong has given him a new life. He also felt grateful for Master Ou’s teaching.
Shing Wah’s story gives us many inspirations. This miracle demonstrates two very important things: Number one, it’s possible to achieve the best results by doing the Moving Form only; Number two, in order to achieve the best results, one must master two important concepts, which are quality and quantity.
His experience has also answered the questions listed at the beginning of this article!
Well, then how to improve the quality and quantity of one’s Moving Form practice? My suggestion is this. Step one: make sure you do every Moving Form well. Step two: overcome your psychological barriers, try your best to do more Moving Form practices every day.
Every time when Master Ou teaches the Moving Form practice, he always points out that as long as you keep on doing the form every day, you will receive benefits; however, if you would like to achieve the most benefits —-best result, you must practice it with a calm and positive mindset. How to maintain a calm and optimistic mindset when you do a Moving Form? In this article, I’m going to explore this topic from the technical standpoint. The solution is very simple. First of all, be focused. In other words, do exactly what the Moving Form instructions require you to do. For example, at the beginning of the practice, you need to recite the opening password. So, what you should do is to say the words in your mind, one by one, with 100% concentration. You may have the correspondent text appeared in your brain while you say the words silently. Thus, you would be able not to think about anything else but the password. And then when you start the movements, if you can visualize a sun in between your hands, you may focus on visualizing your two hands rotating the sun from 1 to 26, one second at a time. If you cannot visualize the sun, you may just at the beginning tell yourself that you are holding a sun with your hands, and then focus on counting the numbers, from 1 to 26. When you count, try not to think about other things. If you can focus on doing the form like this, you will automatically calm down after a while. Once you are able to do that, you may add a happy smile on your face, in this way, you will have reached the basic level of calmness and happiness. The quality of such a Moving Form practice will definitely be better.
Please give it a try… Feel the difference?
Another common question is: “is it important to do the Moving Form accurately?” Pangu is very generous and tolerant. He allowed Master Ou to create a very flexible exercise. If the movements are distorted, rotations are too fast or too slow, overcounted or undercounted, no problem! You will still be able to absorb the healing energy and improve your health. There will be no negative effects. In fact, for beginners, Master Ou would encourage them to learn to be relaxed first, it’s okay if their movements look sloppy or awkward. But, of course, the more accurate your movements are, the better results you will get. When you contribute your efforts to do every movement as per the instructions, it will help you to improve your level of concentration, as a result, you will have fewer disturbing thoughts. You will cultivate more energy. Furthermore, doing the movement correctly indicates your respect toward the practice, then as a result, this respect will in turn bring you more powerful healing energy.
If you can do a Moving Form practice like I suggested, you will guarantee the quality of each practice. And then, if you can do more Moving Forms every day with such quality, your well-being will be enhanced dramatically in a short period of time.
Now let’s talk about how to increasing the quantity.
Some people are reluctant to do more, because they consider they have no health issues. If you share the same idea, I would suggest that you look at it from another angle. If you make good use of your time to do more Pangu Shengong practice while you have no health issues, you will use all the energy you absorb to strengthen your life force and your immunity will reach a very high level, which will allow you to be worry free when a pandemic happens. Many Pangu Shengong practitioners who have been doing the practice for over 20 years have reached this level were they rarely get sick, not even experiencing a cold for years. Sing is a good example. He learned the Moving Form in 1990, and he has been practicing it every day. Sometimes, in order to help others, he would spend several hours a day doing Pangu Shengong forms. His health is excellent. Last year, a small incident happened. One day, he was bitten by a rattle snake! He spent 5 minutes saying password to send healing energy to heal himself. And he was fine. Such miraculous healing effects wouldn’t have happened without his diligent practice every day for years. Jason from Boston is another good example. His health is very good. He has been doing Pangu Shengong practice for more than 20 years. He works for US post office. In April of 2020, he was provided an option that he could stay home taking care of his two young daughters while still getting paid by the postal service during the covid-19 pandemic. However, he refused. He chose to work, delivering heavy packages every day because he doesn’t worry about being infected by the virus. And even if he did get in contact with the virus, he is confident that he can get rid of the virus and suppress the spreading ability of the virus by doing more Pangu Shengong practice daily. In this way, the virus cannot harm him and cannot harm others through him as well. If you want to be as strong as they are, do more Pangu Shengong practice starting from today!
Some people are unwilling to do more practice because they are experiencing pain, fatigue and all kinds of other uncomfortable feelings. Indeed, if you learned this practice because you want to cure your illnesses, you already have some physical challenges. For example, Shing Wah, the man that recovered from cancer, at the beginning, he had to take 15 minute breaks after he did one hour of Moving Form practice. During the break time, he listened to Master Ou’s healing songs to relax his body and mind. His legs were so weak at that time, so every time when he got off his bed, he had to slide his legs along the edge of the bed to let the foot touch the ground first, then used his hands to support his upper body to stand up. But all these difficulties didn’t stop him from doing a lot of Moving Form practice. This is a very essential element. It’s the quality Master Ou always encourage us to develop, it’s persistence. No matter how painful and difficult the process was, Shing Wah firmly believed that he would recover by doing a lot of Moving Form practice. He also turned this belief into action when he required himself to do 9 hours a day of practice from day one!
Some people understand that doing more practice is good, and they want to do more practice as well, however, it’s difficult to overcome laziness. It’s true that we all have laziness. When we are overrun by laziness, what we can do? We may recall a message Master Ou often tells us: “One portion of cultivation the we make today will yield 10 times or more harvest for tomorrow.” I believe that many of you already know that doing the Moving Form practice will not only improve our physical health, it will improve our heart-and-soul quality as well, making us more calm, open-minded, tolerant and wiser. These qualities can help us to improve our working abilities and relationships with others. A practice that can bring so many benefits for sure is worthy of our time and efforts!
Master Ou often says, “Practice is the foundation, understanding is a shortcut.” The deeper understanding you have towards Pangu Shengong theory, the better result you will get from Pangu Shengong practice. In the Moving Form text book, Master Ou pointed out that the best attitude we may use to do this practice is: “To seek, but not forcefully. See nothing, yet seek everything. Eventually one may achieve whatever one seeks.” I highly recommend you attend more classes taught by Master Ou to help you have better understanding to achieve greater result.
