Olivia, Master Ou’s daughter, will be leading this retreat to facilitate your journey of heart and soul cultivation.
Master Ou will be sending you powerful healing and guiding energy during the last event of this retreat.

One’s ability to cultivate qi and to send qi is dependent on both the quantity and quality of their qigong practice. This retreat will focus on how to improve the quality of one’s Pangu Shengong practice. Most of the recent Pangu Shengong classes have been taught online and this offers a rare opportunity to experience the teachings in-person. Zoom classes allow us to reach a large group of individuals on a frequent basis, located in different cities throughout the world.

However, we realize the zoom classes aren’t able to fully replace the benefits of in-person coaching and discussions to better understand how to improve the quality of one’s practice. We encourage everyone to utilize this opportunity to ask questions, observe firsthand Olivia practicing the form, and receive feedback on both the quality of their form practice, and discuss how to improve one’s mental and emotional state of being while practicing the Pangu Shengong Forms.

In addition, during this retreat we will introduce some of the new material from Master Ou’s most recently translated book Farewell My Soul.
