Pangu Shengong Healed My Depression – by Barbara
My name is Barbara; I’ve been a Speech Pathologist since 1980 and live in Australia. I ran my own Speech Pathology Practice until mid 2019 and continue to work now, at a wonderful primary school and run a Business in Aged Care Education.
I’d like to thank Master Ou for his Pangu Shengong (PGSG) and relate my own personal experience of PGSG and mental health.
Ten years ago when my mother died, I fell into a deep depression for almost a year. I had never before experienced such a constant, doom-filled feeling of complete overwhelm. Even though I felt more than awful every single day, I had to keep working and operating my business and be supportive to my family. Every day was extremely hard. It took all my energy to simply not take my own life.
Although I had already learnt PGSG I wasn’t really practising it on a daily basis. My husband was practising regularly and, encouraged by him, I started practising the Moving Form each day. I was amazed that within a relatively short period of time, perhaps only a few weeks, I began to feel normal again. The more I practised in fact, the more I felt better than normal – happier, more tolerant, more energetic, nicer and doing better financially.
I truly owe my life to Master Ou and PGSG. Without this PGSG practice I shudder to think where I would be.
In 2016 my husband and I attended the Sydney PGSG weekend and went to Cairns with Master Ou and fellow students. Master Ou gave some specific instructions to practise PGSG regularly with fellow students and to share PGSG with other people.
My husband and I have been running regular practice sessions twice a month since then. Over the last year or so, we have run these classes on Skype. We welcome anyone who would like to improve their life, in terms of overall health and happiness on a very significant level, to learn and practise PGSG on a daily basis.
Thank you again Master Ou.
