Pangu Shengong Online Retreat on Dec. 7-8, 2024

The annual 2024 Pangu Shengong Retreat is on December 7th & 8th at Pangu Ranch. Classes and activities will be broadcast via Zoom from Pangu Ranch. Participants may choose to stay home and participate in the journey.

Since the first time Master Ou provided an advanced retreat program at Pangu ranch in December of 2009, it has become an annual event.
Master Ou designs each annual Advanced Retreat around a theme, a concept that he wishes to share with his students. The concepts year after year build upon themselves, each providing a unique perspective into the overarching goal of cultivating one’s heart and soul. This allows attendees to gain a broader and deeper understanding of the concepts, gradually increasing the ability to link them together, allowing us to heighten our awareness and eventually gain additional abilities.

Activities will include:

• Master Ou will provide four lectures.
• Group practice, we will begin each day with group practice and there will be an optional opportunity for several hours of group practice each day.
• Ou’s music therapy
• Virtual tour of Pangu Ranch to meet our animals and plants family.
• Cooking classes
• Questions and Answers, and Discussions
