Pangu Shengong with Tennis – by Eric Ernstrom, a tennis coach
Many times when I am approached by a tennis player who wants to improve their playing / competitive abilities, I believe one of the best things I can do to help them to be their best is to address the mental component of the game. Current elite players are constantly struggling to stay in the moment and remain calm while competing. A missed routine overhead needs to be forgotten quickly to play the next point up to their ability, or be calm enough to modify a strategy that can be successful that day.
Club players to college players and beyond know when the mind is in chaos during a match, the resulting play is far below the aptitude of the player. Players in chaos mentally usually lose quickly behaving poorly.
Conversely, if the player remains calm it is more likely they can adjust their playing style to one that could work on any given day, and help future matches with that flexibility to adapt.
Pangu Shengong helps mental clarity and promotes a calm mental state that promotes a mind set that could deal with the mental adversities tennis players deal with in difficult match ups. Coaches are already trying to promote meditation forms , visualization, and other techniques to improve a players mental game which is key to playing well. I may not be the only one who promotes Pangu Shengong as an amazing supplement to players serious about improving their games and match performance, but it is clearly an amazing option to promote clarity of mind, inner calmness , and residual benefits such as a quicker recovery time between matches.
I recommend Pangu Shengong for anyone in competitive sport since the calm inner mind is essential to a peak performance. There are many other benefits of Pangu Shengong for anyone , but I introduce the idea of practice to anyone attempting to improve the quality of their match play.
Even coaching sportsmanship character traits is aided by Pangu Shengong. A junior player can never reach his potential if he routinely cheats opponents to win. What happens to a junior who cheats to win is they lose all confidence to win without cheating. Pangu Shengong retains a character improvement component also that helps junior players in that way also.
The list of reasons is endless as to the benefits of Pangu Shengong for tennis players or anyone else , but I have been fortunate to be aware of it in my coaching experiences with students willing to try off court behaviors that will help them reach their goals beyond their wildest expectations.
