Shing Wah recovered from stage IV prostate cancer by doing Pangu Shengong Moving Form for 2 months
Shing Wah Heung, a 65-year-old man from Hong Kong, had stage IV prostate cancer. The cancer had already proliferated into his sternum, proximal femur and pelvis. Fortunately, he learned Pangu Shengong and gave his utmost efforts to persistently practice the moving form for two months. As a result, he totally recovered from the cancer and gained a new life!
How did Shing Wah make such good use of Pangu Shengong to heal himself completely within two short months? To answer this question, we need to trace his story back to two years ago.
In May 2018, Shing Wah had foot pain and went to see many doctors in order to heal it. He tried all kinds of treatments but couldn’t find much relief. At the end of July 2019, his pain became more severe; therefore, he went to hospital and had a more detailed physical examination. On August 8th, he was diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer that had proliferated throughout his body. It was found in his sternum, proximal femur and pelvis. His PSA reading was 906. The doctor gave him a hormonal injection. On August 9th, he was discharged from the hospital. His pain continued day and night.
Suffering from a great deal of pain and anxiety, Shing Wah accepted his wife’s suggestion and decided to learn Pangu Shengong. From the first day he learned Pangu Shengong, he voluntarily disciplined himself to practice the moving form 9 hours every day. At that time due to the level of pain and the lack of strength in his legs, he had to take breaks in between practices. After continuously practicing Pangu Shengong for 10 days, he experienced even more pain. However, he realized that when he practiced Pangu Shengong, he was actually absorbing beneficial energy into his body and that was working on the diseased elements in his body. He realized that this was a manifestation of the effect of practicing so much qigong. Hence, he felt grateful and continued to practice Pangu Shengong. The severe pains lasted for another 8 days and then decreased day by day afterwards. As the pains reduced, he could keep doing the practice without the need of taking breaks. Thus, he increased the amount of his daily practice from 9 hours to 15 hours doing around 42 sets of the Pangu Shengong Moving Form every day.
Before learning Pangu Shengong, Shing Wah woke up twice or three times every night needing to use the restroom. After practicing Pangu Shengong for a month, he no longer needed to go to the bathroom during the night anymore. For over 10 year he had blood-shot eyes, and suddenly he found that the redness in both of his eyes had reduced a lot. In addition, his PSA levels had gone down from 906 to 18, and his ALP readings went down from 428 to 276. At this point the doctor suggested that he do chemotherapy but he refused to do so, because he deeply believed that Pangu Shengong would be able to help him!
After practicing Pangu Shengong for two months, on Oct 10, he went back to the hospital to do another follow-up examination. The x-ray examination showed that the original dark shadow on his pelvis was gone and the black spots on the medial surface of his thigh had disappeared as well. The results of his blood test showed that his PSA level had fallen to 0.64 and his ALP reading had gone down to 238. His doctor asked him what medications he had taken, and he honestly told the doctor that he hadn’t taken any medicine. On the exact day of practicing Pangu Shengong for two months, he found that the most painful part of his pelvis no longer hurt. He had recovered his health after being diagnosed as a stage IV cancer patient!
On April 9, 2020, Shing Wah went to the hospital and did another follow-up physical examination. His PSA levels were down to 0.08 and his ALP reading was down to 97. Both his liver and kidneys had recovered to normal. He greatly appreciated that Pangu Shengong gave him a new life, and he truly appreciated Master Ou’s teachings.
Looking back over the past 8 months of practicing Pangu Shengong, Shing Wah had learned that there are other methods to heal oneself besides western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. We need to learn to properly evaluate one method from another. Through comparison and practice we can find the best method. In order for practitioners to achieve the best results through practicing Pangu Shengong they need to give a good effort, sincerely follow the requirements, and work hard on the “the six practices”. For Pangu Shengong beginners, it is very important to maintain a high quality of practice and do a sufficient quantity of practice!
As his health was restored, on March 5th of 2020, Shing Wah went back to work. He treasured his new life even more and it didn’t come easy. He tried his best to learn Pangu Culture, strived to improve his heart and soul, and worked hard to treat others with kindness. He made practicing Pangu Shengong his priority and the most important thing to do in his daily routine. Everyday he got up very early in the morning and practiced Pangu Shengong first; during the day he made good use any free time to practice the form and to listen to Master Ou’s healing music; at night, he practiced more intensively and sent energy to people who needed his help. In addition, he went to patients’ home and gave them healings. He regularly attended group practice, learned to sing healing songs created by Master Ou, studied Master Ou’s books, and exchanged ideas and experiences with other Pangu Shengong practitioners. He gained a lot from doing all this. His mindset also changed correspondingly. He became more willing to help others, and he became humbler and more modest. He also learned how to deal with difficult problems at work with a calm and peaceful mindset, and he was more open and tolerant with things than before.
Shing Wah understood that the core idea of Pangu culture is kindness and benevolence, good health and happiness. One who wants to be happy should be less fussed about things such as personal gains or losses; one should learn how to respect, how to love and become a truly kind person. He realized that a practitioner should use his true sincere heart to accept Pangu Shengong so that he can be qualified to accept more power of love granted by Pangu. This power comes from the universe; when we practice Pangu Shengong we continuously absorb all kinds of beneficial energies from the sun, the moon and the universe. Yet these energies cannot be absorbed by following our inclinations as we wish. Just like watching TV, we have to tune in to the proper channel first. In this case, that involves following Pangu’s teachings and then we will be able to absorb the energies from the universe.
Shing Wah found that reading Master Ou’s books could help him better understand the theory of Pangu Culture. In that way he could improve his heart and soul cultivation and improve the quality of his practice. This proved the theory of “Practice is the basis; comprehension is a shortcut”, which Master Ou proposed in the Pangu Shengong moving form textbook, Pan Gu Mystical Qigong. He believes that he needs to use a calm and peaceful mindset to read Master Ou’s books so that he can better comprehend the essences of those books. He realized that he needs to live with discipline and make strict demands on himself throughout his daily life even with minor things so that he can have more love yet less hate, have more humbleness and less arrogance and act with more diligence rather than laziness.
Shing Wah deeply appreciates Pangu who granted him a new life, and he is extremely grateful for Pangu Shengong, which is a priceless treasure that has allowed his body to gain good health and his heart and soul to elevate. He hopes to learn more about Pangu culture so that he may help more people.
