- PGSG Workshop in Gainesville January 2015 with Master Ou
What an amazing experience it was to attend Master Ou’s classes in Gainesville, Florida…During the event, Master Ou taught a few free introductory lectures, the moving form, non-moving form, advanced condensed form, intuition development and the healing skills course. The energy was very strong during these courses and it was an honor to retake them from Master Ou. No matter how many times I retake a course I find that I learn something new and the learning occurs at the depth of the heart and soul. In fact it doesn’t matter what Master Ou is teaching, if you are ready for it and receptive to the energy you will grow as a result of attending his courses no matter how many times you have taken them before. That being said the thing that made this event special was the advanced lectures that Master Ou taught on the last day. The audience for these special lectures was comprised mainly of Pangu Shengong instructors that had travelled to Gainesville specifically for this event. The Path of Life, Advanced Topics, and Instructor Training Course lectures went very deep and were extremely informative. While Master Ou discussed many high level concepts the one that stuck out was the key to maintaining optimal health and happiness. Essentially, the better the quality of our hearts and souls the better our health will be naturally.
- Birthday Celebration Macau 2015
On February 15th, the day before the Birthday celebration, Master Ou gave an Advanced Lecture about how to improve the heart and soul. He said, it is essential to have a guiding principle in your life in which you continually strive to improve the quality of your heart and soul. If you have a deeply rooted goal to become a high level person and always pay attention to your self-cultivation you will achieve good health and true happiness. If you can achieve the highest level of kindness while being tolerant and broadminded toward others that will lead to harmonious relationships and a smoother life. The next day the Birthday celebrations began to warm applause in a beautifully decorated hall. There were over 1000 people in the audience from Mainland China, Macau, Hong Kong, America and Canada. At 9am the Macau Pangu Students Association president Maggie Pan gave a speech and shared the stories of six local students healing journeys. As Maggie called up the students one by one she read the successful details of their healing stories. Many of them had previously suffered from serious illnesses but fortunately they had achieved excellent results from their Pangu Shengong practice.

- Pangu Shengong is a powerful healing practice — by Rod Taylor
Pangu Shengong is a powerful healing practice designed to absorb Qi (universal energy) to increase vitality, strengthen spirit, restore balance, improve health, and enhance well-being. It is simple, non-strenuous, and easily learned by anyone.Teaching Pan Gu Shengong really deepens me in my appreciation of this knowledge and strengthens my Qi experience. The teaching process allows me to absorb more energy and allows me to transmit it to others. I love to teach and help others; I always have. This is a teaching that is very accessible to a lot of people because it is something people can easily do. People of all ages and conditions can do it. People who don’t have much strength can do it and people with other practices can fit it in without a problem. So it is a real pleasure to be able to help others in a way that is easy and accessible for all. I love to be able to do that for others and to feel the energy increasing in me.
- Pangu Shengong brings me joy and good health — by Svatava Petrosova
My husband passed away in 1998. After his death, I was looking for an activity, which would bring me joy and I could enjoy it every day for the rest of my life. I began to practice “Tai Chi Chuan” and my teacher master Vincent Chu introduced me to “Pangu Shengong”. I started with Pangu Shengong in 2001, at the beginning only once a day. Nevertheless, I started to feel its positive effects very soon, particularly as an improvement of my immune system.……
Nowadays, I practice at least one hour every day and it makes me feel wonderful. If I start to feel ill, I simply increase the frequency of practice and I feel better right away. So far, I have overcome every illness and stressful situation. I draw energy from the powerful Pangu Shengong practice, as well as from the music and Master Ou Wen Wei’s calligraphy. I am also able to help others by sending Pangu Shengong energy to them. I can help to soothe headaches and the pain from bumps and bruises as well as other injuries.
