Testimonials from New Pangu Shengong Instructors
Pangu Shengong is subtle and easy for anyone to learn and it is organic, the body and soul respond to its caring energy, like spirit food. I would like to become an instructor to give back to the universe for the gift of Pangu Shengong and its miraculous impact on my health. — by Irene Hayden |
I have been able to improve my health with Pangu Shengong practicing both the moving and non-moving forms and receiving healings from Master Ou. I will be travelling back to Russia sometime this year or next year. I would like to be able to offer the benefits of the Pangu Shengong Moving Form and train my relatives and friends who might express a wish to learn and practice the form. — Sergei Kolotuchin |

The Path of Life – Chapter of the Month
The Infinite Exists in Everything “The infinite exists in everything.” Again the words of God of Saucer caused both surprise and doubt in me. I argued, unconvinced: “As far as I know, regarding the material world, many things have clear and obvious limits—boundaries, ends. How can they embody the meaning of infinity?” He laughed cunningly: “In fact those things that have limits, boundaries, ends still contain the concept of infinity, no matter whether in their volume or their weight.” …… I pondered deeply: “Yes, I have often encountered such phenomena and reasoning, and have reached a deep understanding, but for people’s eyes, they are always fond of absolute standards with clear lines of demarcation! There may be a lamentable deviation between people’s eyes and the ‘true nature’ of matter.” “Great! An excellent thought! You are good at thinking and apt to yield to the facts. In fact, you should remember what I said—‘All matter consists of basic round particles.’ Since these basic round particles contain the feature of infinitude, then definitely the matter that consists of huge amounts of these basic particles will have the same characteristic.” He sounded approving, certain. …… Please savor the following words: ‘constantly developing and changing’. Might we arrive at such a conception: that the sun, moon, and stars are by no means remaining motionless in space, occupying a certain place, with time halted at a certain moment? You cannot speak with only one tone, nor will society’s development remain in a certain stage…. What does all this mean? Doesn’t it mean that everything is by no means unchanging, but marching forward, ever changing and ever developing!?” …… “At present, the question I ask you to understand and solve is an essential one: namely, in the chaos space and time are infinite, resulting in everything in the chaos having the quality of infinity—having the characteristic of turbidity. This is the reason that life, society, the world, and the universe are so complex. “Within this infinitude there certainly is embodied a concept of limit, and within the turbidity clear demarcation lines. …… |

Testimonial of the Month – Starting a “New Life” at Eighty Years Old
For over 20 years, Yannong Ruan suffered from gastrointestinal disorders, vegetative neurosis, anxiety disorder, depression, and insomnia, and she often felt extreme pain and often thought of committing suicide. She also frequently suffered from the flu, colds, sinusitis, imbalanced inner ear fluid, dizziness, etc. Ever since Yannong learned Pangu Shengong, she has practiced it diligently and has achieved wonderful results. After the first 4 years of practicing, she no longer needed to take any medications and most of her illnesses had gradually disappeared. She is now 80 years old and has been practicing Pangu Shengong for a little over 7 years. She said that she has never been so healthy and happy in her life and that without Pangu Shengong she would have committed suicide by now. As a result, Yannong considers herself very lucky to have learned Pangu Shengong. Through this practice she has been able to let go of many negative beliefs, emotions and desires which have bothered her in the past and in the process has gained a new life. |

Feature of the Month – Pangu Yoga Retreat by Anisha Desai
The Shangri La Rainforest Villa in St.Thomas USVI provided the perfect stage for my first solo Pangu Yoga Retreat. I taught Pangu yoga three times over the weekend, and began each class with a one hour discussion focused on a topic related to self cultivation. A couple of students were brand new to yoga and all of them were new to PGSG, yet I felt they were ready to hear about the deeper philosophy of cultivating the heart, and they seemed quite interested and receptive. |
