Testimonials from Pangu Shengong Instructors | |||
I first learned the moving form in the summer of 2000. This time in my life was very stressful and there were many changes ocurring. I wasn’t sleeping well and had health issues including foggy eyesight and skin rashes. Western medicine was not able to help the conditions and tests came back inconclusive. Practicing the moving form and then learning the non moving form and advanced form have helped to rebalance my system over time, and the rashes have never come back. Over the past 14 years I have had situations occur that have tested my well-being both physically and emotionally. And I have found that when consistently practicing Pangu Shengong I am able to stay calm and more open to healing. My relationships with family are stronger. My health is strong and if I do get sick I seem to get better much faster. This qigong had given me the opportunity to look more deeply at myself and situations, and have more understanding and patience.
