Anisha’s Indonesia speech on May 23, 2015
In Bandung Indonesia on May 23, 2015, Anisha shared her Pangu Shengong (Pan Gu Mystical Qigong) experiences with 170 Indonesia Pangu Shengong students. Please see her touching speech below:
I learned PGSG in 2004. And actually, I consider myself quite lucky being able to marry my teacher Paul!
Experiencing my own life force allowed me to understand the connection between the material world and the spiritual world. At that time, I also suffered from asthma and I would get sick very often. I was hospitalized maybe four or five times. I had it since I was three years old and it got much worse when I was fifteen and sixteen. I was also extremely sensitive to my environment so it was very difficult for me to be in public places because I could feel other people’s imbalances and would feel very sick. So all these conditions have improved greatly and basically don’t exist.
How bad was your asthma?
I would need my inhaler every two to three hours and sometimes the inhaler stopped working, and I had to go to the hospital. They would give me a shot of adrenalin or some other type of medicine.
The more I listened to Master Ou, the more I understand that the most important thing is to cultivate my heart and soul. So I decided to focus my efforts on healing my relationship with my father. My father was a very difficult person to deal with, and he was very abusive to me when I was growing up. He had a very anxious, over powering and aggressive nature. So I decided to try and reach out to him more, to be more patient and tolerant, and give him more love. But sometimes what I really felt like doing was ignoring him and being angry with him about his behavior. Through perseverance and dedication, we now have a very good relationship and we have more trust, more understanding and more genuine love.
Did your dad also learn Pangu Shengong?
No, he has not. He hasn’t learn Pangu Shengong, but for the first time he came to Master Ou’s free lecture in Raleigh in 2014. His change is more about the love I gave him over a long period of time.
So I want to start by saying that I have a lot to improve on, but I also feel a freedom in admitting my shortcomings. I was someone who worried a lot and lost my temper over small things. I learned from Master Ou how to control my emotions. I learned how to be more flexible and less rigid. And to remember to trust Pangu, to know that Pangu is watching me, taking care of me and helping me. For how long have you learned Pangu Shengong? 11 years. When I started teaching Pangu Shengong and Pangu yoga, it was extremely challenging for me because I was a very shy and nervous person. So I learned by teaching more, to have more confidence, how to speaking more naturally, and how to communicate to a big group by listening to their hearts, knowing what they are able to hear and what they are not able to hear. And as Master Ou teaches us, sometimes the best method is to say nothing at all. So now I practice daily. I’ve probably missed about five days in the past 11 years.
So there is one more thing I want to say. When I was in my twenties, I actually explored many other spiritual paths, I was on a quest and I was looking for a common message. And I found a common message of love and kindness. But through PGSG, I also found answers to two questions that no one could answer. The first question is
1) Why there is so much suffering in the world? The second is
2) Is our life predestined or do we need to use our own free will and efforts?
Master Ou and the Path of Life answered these two questions for me.
How does it answer your questions?
Well, I guess you can read the book and find out!
I feel as I get closer and closer to Pangu, I feel a deep appreciation for Master Ou and this path that is really far beyond words. Thank you so very much Master Ou. And thank you to all of you for welcoming us to your country!
